How a campaign works

Step 1

Browse campaigns

For You shows campaigns matched to your city and niche. New ones drop every week.

Step 2

Apply in one tap

Read what's included and what content is expected, then apply. The brand sees your stats and profile.

Step 3

Get approved

Most brands review within 48 hours. You'll be notified the moment your application moves.

Step 4

Book your visit

Pick a date and time from the brand's available slots. It lands straight in your Schedule.

Step 5

Visit and create

Turn up, enjoy what's included, shoot your content. Everything promised in the brief is covered.

Step 6

Post and submit

Publish with the required tags, submit in-app before the countdown ends, and it's marked complete.

Applying to campaigns

  • Follower count isn't what gets you picked. Brands see your engagement rate, your recent content, and your completed campaign history. A small, engaged, local audience beats a big passive one every time — there's no follower minimum on Eros.
  • Read the full brief before applying. It tells you exactly what's included, what's expected, and which days visits can happen. Applying and then discovering it doesn't suit you costs you a spot and hurts your reliability score.
  • Apply early. Spots fill in order and most campaigns are full within a week of going live.
  • Keep your profile current. Your Creator Marketplace profile — niche, city, available days, rates, and past work — is what brands use to invite you directly. A complete profile gets meaningfully more invitations.
  • Don't over-apply. Set a realistic Max Active Campaigns number. Missing deadlines across five campaigns damages your rank far more than doing two well.
  • You can apply to campaigns up to 30 days ahead and book any date in that window.

Your campaign statuses

Invited

A brand picked you directly

The brand found you through the Creator Marketplace and reserved a spot for you. No application needed — you're already approved. Invitations expire, so they won't sit open indefinitely.

Respond within 48 hours to keep the spot.
Pending

Applied, awaiting review

Your application is with the brand. Most decide within 48 hours, and nothing is confirmed until they do — so don't plan around the date or contact the brand to chase it.

If your requested date passes while you're still pending, don't worry. Brands often hold strong applications in pending deliberately, approving them later as they open up new visit slots. Once you're approved, you simply pick a fresh date from the schedule the brand has set.

Keep applying elsewhere while you wait.
Active

Approved and booked

You're confirmed. Your visit date, address, what's included, and your content deadline all live here. Inside 24 hours of your visit the brand can't remove you — that protection works both ways, so don't cancel inside that window either.

Add it to your Schedule and set a reminder.
Completed

Content published and verified

Your post is live with the correct tags and has been verified. Completed campaigns build your rank, unlock higher-value campaigns, and are visible to every brand reviewing you.

Your strongest completed work is your portfolio.

Visits, content, and deadlines

At the visit

  • Arrive on time and check in under your booking name.
  • Stick to what the brief covers. Anything extra is on you unless the brand offers it.
  • Need to reschedule? Do it in the app, with more than 24 hours' notice.
  • Something went wrong on the day? Report it through Eros. Don't resolve it directly with the brand.

Posting your content

  • Tag the brand and add Eros as a collaborator so the post appears on both grids and your views are tracked.
  • Submit through the app before the countdown expires — the brand sees the same timer you do.
  • Late or missing content affects your rank and your access to future campaigns.
  • Don't delete a post after it's approved. Content is expected to stay live.

Your protection

Every collaboration you do through Eros is tracked, verified, and backed by us. Brands are not permitted to take you off-platform — and if one tries, you get paid for reporting it.

$50to you

Report a brand who contacts you off-platform

If a brand currently using Eros contacts you directly about a campaign you've already applied to, screenshot the message and send it to us. Once verified, we pay you $50. You don't need to reply to them, and reporting never affects your standing on the platform.

24hrlock-in

Your booking can't be pulled at the last minute

Inside 24 hours of your scheduled visit, a brand cannot remove you. Once you've planned your day around a collaboration, that spot is yours.

Verifiedpayouts

Paid work is paid through Eros

Story Boost and paid campaign earnings are processed through Stripe and paid within 48 hours of verification. Off-platform arrangements carry no payment protection — if a brand doesn't pay, there's nothing we can do to recover it for you.

The short version: keep every conversation, booking, and change inside Eros. It's how your work gets tracked, your rank gets built, your payouts get protected, and how we can step in if something goes wrong. A brand asking you to move off-platform is a brand trying to avoid all of that.

Story Boosts

Share a brand's post to your Story for 24 hours, submit a screenshot, and get paid once views are verified — no content creation required. There's no follower minimum, and earnings are based on your audience's demographics rather than your follower count. Payouts land via Stripe within 48 hours.

What separates the top-earning creators

  • Reliability beats reach. Showing up, posting on time, and never ghosting is the single biggest driver of invitations.
  • Complete your Marketplace profile. It's how brands find and invite you without you applying at all.
  • Stack Story Boosts alongside campaigns. They take minutes and run in parallel with everything else.
  • Treat your first few campaigns as portfolio pieces. Brands scroll your recent work before approving you — make the last three posts your best.
